Hazy Hollow Angus Ranch is a member of the Canadian Angus Association. All our cattle are registered purebred Black Angus. The ranch - located ½ mile east of the Village of Yarbo, Saskatchewan - began raising Purebred Black Angus cattle in 1999 by purchasing bred heifers from long time successful Black Angus Breeders and using AI sires such as BT Outback, Sitz Alliance, & Vermilion Yellowstone to name a few. We have had great results from our herd sire MVF 234D Traveler 178M. Currently, we have a herd of 30 cows and only keep the top producers.

Calving begins the last week of January and weaning is completed by mid October. At this time the calves are culled based upon birth weight and performance. All our calves are vaccinated using the Pfizer Gold Program.

Hazy Hollow Black Angus Bull calves are advertised for sale off the farm after weaning. We feel that this is a good time to sell, as producers can see what their calves will be like at weaning time! Our prices are always reasonable.

Our Black Angus cattle have been shown at Agribition in Regina and also sold at the Angus Pride in Saskatoon, Sask.

We invite everyone to stop by the farm to view our herd at any time. We pride ourselves in the fact that our cattle are our pets and are so mild mannered.
